Othoceras is an extinct nautiloid cephalopod restricted to Middle Ordovician-aged (443-485 million years ago) marine limestones of the Baltic States and Sweden. These are the ancient ancestors of ammonites, which is what makes this piece so unique as it features what is two Othoceras fossiles and two more rounded Ammonites.
